Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 4 days of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase:
- Provide a video showing:
- The unopened product box.
- The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and Order ID.
- The name on the parcel matching the order.
- Send the video along with the order confirmation email to [email protected].
- All details must match the order confirmation email.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Important Notes:
- Clearance or Final Sale products cannot be returned.
- Items that are correct but have been opened will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Variation Items:
- Items intentionally ordered with specific specifications (e.g., a 1-meter cable or a 10,000 mAh power bank) cannot be returned or exchanged for another variation (e.g., 2-meter cable or 20,000 mAh power bank). Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us:

- Attach the required proof of purchase (video and order confirmation email).
- Receive Instructions:
- Once we verify your request, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping details.
- Pack and Ship:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your RMA number in the return shipment.
- Shipping Costs:
- If the return is initiated and shipped within 2 days of delivery, return shipping will be free.
- If the return is shipped after 2 days (but within 4 days), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following terms:
- Items eligible for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns.
- The value of the exchange order must be equal to or less than the original order value (excluding shipping fees).
- Variation Items cannot be exchanged, as outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or Final Sale products.
- Items that are correct but have been opened.
- Variation Items intentionally ordered with specific specifications but later requested to be changed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or a video of the defect and your order details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Currently, we do not ship outside Pakistan. However, we plan to expand our shipping services internationally in the future, Inshallah.
